editing large notes cursor moves to end of note, unable to edit

Steps To Reproduce

1. Add large note (my test was 994 characters).
2. Save note.
3. Edit note.
4. Select text.
5. Cursor moves to end of note.
6. Scroll up and position cursor where you want to add text.
7. Cursor jumps to end of note again.

Expected Result

Ability to edit large notes (994 characters tested).

Actual Result

Cursor jumps to end of note.

Same issue in iOS app.

In addition, within a secure note you have to go into edit mode to be able to copy a section of text. However, with this issue, when you attempt to select a section of text it moves your cursor to the end of the note so you are unable to select that section of text.
