Region/domain always shows 'bitwarden.com'

Steps To Reproduce

I've been using the OSX app now and found the following issue.

On the login screen I'm filling in my credentials and selecting 'bitwarden.eu' because of the EU laws in processing of EU client data.

After a successful login, the account region on the top right corner of the desktop app shows 'bitwarden.com'. This is confusing when switching between multiple accounts on a business profile, which always stays on 'bitwarden.com'.

I can understand that users could discuss "potential risks" on this matter, because it's unknown where it's actually processing right now. It could be confusing due to every service requirement that's active within the EU to process EU data on EU servers.

Expected Result

Displaying the correct region.

Actual Result

The actual result at this moment is that the region/domain sticks to 'bitwarden.com'. It's unknown if it's a visual bug or the data is actually processed on servers outside of the EU.
