2 scrollbars instead of one sometimes in browser extension

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Bitwarden browser extension on Chrome on Mac
2. Unlock the vault
3. Search for an element in your vault (search results list has to be long*)

*the issue appeared with 21 items in my case (the problem could appear with less item though)

Expected Result

There should be only one scrollbar.

Actual Result

There is 2 scrollbars, which is confusing and not required.

is there any news on this issue? It's been 2 years now, but google chrome still has 2 scroll bars on any section of the extension's popup window. There is no such problem in extensions of other browsers.
