Self hosted account 'forgotten' when using account switcher

Steps To Reproduce

1. Sign into a self-hosted vault
2. Choose 'Add account' to sign into a Bitwarden.com vault
3. Switch back to self-hosted account
4. Restart browser

Expected Result

Both accounts should be remembered and available to unlock / sign back into.

Actual Result

The self-hosted account is forgotten and only the Bitwarden.com vault is presented to be unlocked. The self-hosted URL may also be forgotten, but not always - i.e. if you choose 'Add account' again and select Self-hosted from the dropdown beside the email input box, sometimes it will remember the URL and sometimes it will show the Self-hosted URL pane with blank entries that have to be re-entered.

I've also noticed that when selecting 'Add account' (after signing into one account successfully), sometimes a loading wheel will be shown and if you click away from the extension window it will sign out of the original account.

Mee too. I only use two selfhosted accounts and from time to time one of them gets disappeared.

This also happens with only self-hosted configurations. We're running a company hosted Bitwarden and a lot of colleagues with own instances (either Bitwarden or private) experience disappearing configurations... either one or the other disappear. There is no real scheme or rule. Somebody went back to 2024.4.1 and the configurations were stable.
