Steps To Reproduce

If you have multiple domains/submains stored in your vault eg.

webagency.com shop.webagency.com library.webagency.com

And you land on library.webagency.com/admin

Autofill doesnt use library.webagency.com it will often autofill from the wrong vault item.

Expected Result

It should try to autofill using the subdomain where possible

Actual Result

Often times autofills from the wrong vault item - seems random

Your problem can be solved by going to Settings > Auto-Fill, and changing the value of "Default URI Match Detection" to "Host":
