Unified beta Web app does not save permanently the Language setting

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Preferences'
3. Scroll down to 'Language'
4. Change the language
5. Click on 'Save'
6. Close the browser tab

Expected Result

The language setting should be saved permanently.

Actual Result

After closing and reopening the Web app browser tab the language setting returns to the default. All other preferences(theme, timeout, timeout action) are saved for the current browser.

this is a duplicate of https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/issues/8507

It has been addressed with https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/pull/9581 and those changes are going to be included in the next web-release.
