Window position not correct on Vivaldi

Steps To Reproduce

1. Maximize the window of Vivaldi
2. Open the extension
3. click "Open in a new window" function

Expected Result

The window should be located on the right-hand side of the screen

Actual Result

The window is cut off and is too far to the right

Can also reproduce that on the new Vivaldi 7.0.3495.10 (Stable channel) (64-Bit)
