DEVOPS-1907 - Add push trigger to Build workflow

Objective

This PR adds back the push trigger in order to make sure builds are up-to-date after version bumping for release.

Code changes

• .github/workflows/build.yml: Add push trigger for main, rc, and hotfix-rc branches.
