@globeone that's expected behavior; as noted in the article, moving items to Collections can only be done from the Web Vault (and, technically, the CLI) at this time.

This page tells one how to create a collection but not how to add items to a collection. Especially from already created logins. Also it doesn't explain how to move items between collections. These are all important things to know; to make collections useful.
