Passkeys support

• [X] I'm using the new native Bitwarden Beta app and I'm aware that legacy .NET app bugs should be reported in bitwarden/mobile

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to a service that supports passkeys
2. Tap on add passkey
3. iOS dialog pops up and offers Bitwarden or Apple password to save passkey to
4. Selecting Bitwarden as the place to save a passkey doesn’t work

Expected Result

Able to save passkeys to Bitwarden on iOS

Actual Result

Not able to save passkeys and now having to use a competitor password manager to save passkeys on iOS :/ even though I pay for premium bitwarden

Issue exists in GA Release as well 2024.8.1. Unable to use saved passkeys as well
