Thank you for reporting this today. We’ve received reports about this behavior and it’s being investigated by the Engineering team. If you wish, you can follow this issue on GitHub at the link below.
GitHub: https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/issues/10814
You may also find a workaround for your specific browser within the GitHub issues comments above.
It seems to me that there are various errors. There it's about browser plugins and the context menu in the browser. Here, however, it's about iOS and a bug that has only been occurring since the native app.
Can you please verify again that this is the same error?
Can you please reopen this issue @BBGhub? It's not the same error as in https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/issues/10814
I'm sorry to bother you @sammbw. But could you take a look here? @BBGhub is not responding and I'm pretty sure this is a different bug than the linked issue.
I am also having this issue on iOS 18 and iOS 17.6.1. I have tested it on an iPhone 16 Pro Max and an iPad Pro 7th gen. I am using the latest version of the iOS app
Bitwarden Beta
Not using beta, app is released now
Steps To Reproduce
Expected Result
Username and password get filled.
Actual Result
Only the username gets filled. Sometimes it’s possible to open app extension again and than the password gets filled, too. (See first video) But sometimes the app extension disappears completely from the share menu. (See second video)
Screenshots or Videos
Video of using app extension and two other methods to fill credentials. Only app extension doesn’t work as expected:

Additional Context
It doesn’t matter on which website I try this. This behavior is the same on all tested websites.
