[BITAU-171] Rename Package to AuthenticatorBridgeKit

📔 Objective

Per our discussion in this morning's meeting and the followup in Slack, I wanted to get us renamed and aligned on the final package name of AuthenticatorBridgeKit. This PR simply does all of the moving/renaming required to match this new name.

Note: I'll update this PR in the Authenticator repo to match this once merged.
