iOS - When Vault Timeout Action is set to Log out, using Auto-fill requires to log in even if the Timeout duration did not pass.

Describe the Bug

When the Vault Timeout Action is set to Log out, tapping 'Passwords' at the top of the keyboard to auto-fill your credentials would still ask you to re-authenticate and log in, even if the Vault Timeout duration did not pass, and even if the vault is still unlocked when you access it directly through the application.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set your Vault Timeout Action to Log out.
2. Go to http://vault.bitwarden.com/.
3. Tap on a credential field and then tap on 'Passwords'.

Expected Result

To select an item from your vault since the Vault Timeout duration did not pass.

Actual Result

You are asked to log in as if the Vault Timeout duration passed.
