new site, 502 Bad Gateway nginx #3056

Steps To Reproduce

I build a new Hosting site. And I can't access it. It shows 502 bad gateway. i run docker logs bitwarden-admin and it looks like this: info: Microsoft.Hosting.Lifetime[0] Application is shutting down... fail: Bit.Admin.HostedServices.DatabaseMigrationHostedService[0] Database unavailable for migration. Trying again (attempt #2)... Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. I attempted to reproduce your issue and was unable to do so. I think your error could have its origin in a misconfiguration as you can see here; https://github.com/bitwarden/server/issues/726

502 gateway errors often indicate a misconfigured proxy server. Are you running other web services on your docker instance that you are using a reverse proxy?
