Stuttering with gstreamer pipelines #6

I wanted to see if anyone had any issues with brave where the audio and video seem to skip segments at 720p? Noticing frames being dropped when loading rtmp streams and then sending them to our final ingest server. Have only tested with rtmp, as that is what we are trying to use to do stream aggregation.

Hi! Have you tried adjusting the buffers? What type of CPU/system specs are you running brave on? What does your system load report or CPU usage does brave report?

Xeon 16 core, 32gb ram. Happens when using rtmp. Cpu was idling at 200%.
