Incorporate CI workflow #6

Continuous integration has been implemented via GitHub Actions. Currently, we’re not generating documentation, merely automating validation of representative target platforms.

Fancier versions will follow.

There’s a failure on the Linux path independent of the changes here, which in fact exposed it more quickly than it would have been otherwise exposed. All is working as intended.
