Update GH Actions #57

Modernizes some Github Actions. This fixes related deprecation warnings too.

adopt has become Temurin.

The Maven CI build seems broken and there's no run in this repository yet. Does this need some fixing?

Maven CI was added by @git-moss as he needed it. I'm not sure if the whole maven build is relevant if we actually publish the JARs to Maven Central (or similar) from the gradle build, but I haven't looked into that yet.

@kurasu I do not need it either. I just chose it since both Maven and Gradle were there. I am fine with Gradle, too.
