MMPM audio stop working after Flash plugin starts in ff45 oop mode #272

Now i compiled npflos.dll by myself and it works, but not started at first time, then i must kill plugin-container.exe and reload page, then all ok, except no sound, and that worse - any MMPM application trying to use MMPM after this crash will fail - no sound

I think its #43 issue again :(

Ps When i hack odin to not load mdm.dll all works ok, but without sound in flash

As we consider flash more than dead, we will most probably not add development time to that task
