Sandboxed plugin-container.exe ? #46

Flash plugn have sandboxed environment on win vista and up (see https://github.com/bitwiseworks/mozilla-os2/issues/41#issuecomment-35128184 and https://github.com/bitwiseworks/mozilla-os2/issues/41#issuecomment-35595260 ) Btw we have nice os/2 kit named Security/2 , to run selected process with restrictions on file system access and others. It have api to run process with its own acl restrictions So it may be a nice idea to have an option to run plugin-container.exe trou this api

see issue #43 for the reason we disabled flash with IPC
