Hyperledger Explorer - Error: cannot use new lifecycle for channel 'appchannel' as it does not have the required capabilities enabled

After this error , it does not show the chaincode or blocks which are installed afterwards

This issue occurs when hyperledger explorer has been started and no chaincodes are installed.

If hyperledger explorer is started after installing atleast one chaincode, this error does not occur and it works fine.

Fix

Way 1

• Restart "hlf_explorer" service after installing atleast one chaincode .

Way 2

• Run "hlf_explorer" playbook after installing atleast one chaincode .
