Hyperledger Explorer service stops response after lost connection to explorer-db

• Hyperledger Explorer service works fine when opened for first time.
• When the page is closed and accessed after some time interval, the app does not open immediately.
• We need to wait for 10 seconds and keep refreshing the page. The page comes back to live after some 10 to 15 seconds.

Reason : Hyperledger Explorer service stops response after lost connection to explorer-db . Hence the service dies and restarts . Thats why there is delay of 10 to 15 seconds and there is a need to refresh the page. The error log when hyperledger explorer service dies is shown below :
