Can you make a plugin that uses multi-touch on webbrowser, mobile?

In the RMMV, The multi-touch-input is already supported.

For example, Run the game on mobile device and then the player can open the menu by touching two fingers.

Unfortunately, That's all.

Of course, The behavior of the touch input may be different obviously depending on the game genres.

But I think the default touch input provides enough features in case of the adventure game and RPG genres.

I use the ABS system on a mobile device, it is very difficult to control :(
