The java-vk-bots-long-poll-api project has a new owner. The previous owner, yvasyliev, has transferred the project to me, bivashy, to ensure continued progress.
This issue is opened to coordinate updates to the project's documentation and codebase. This involves updating references to the previous owner with my GitHub username.
Key Actions:
[x] Update the README.md file to reflect the new ownership status.
[x] Replace all mentions of yvasyliev in tests source/test resources.
[x] Republish project to the new maven namespace io.github.bivashy. (Old maven central is unaffected!)
