Description

This Pull Request adds way to link whatsapp session in two ways: QR, PAIRING.

TODO:

[x] Implement QR linking
[x] Implement Pairing code linking
[x] Implement connection load with rate-limit ~~- [ ] Cover code with tests~~ (Out of scope) ~~- [ ] Implement custom keyboard for interactive values~~ (Out of scope)
