- Added bivio-redraw-after-isearch to control vagrant redraw (not always needed)
- Added bivio-not-delete-trailing-whitespace-re to control file matching so users can set/augment in post-emacs.el
- Added bivio-delete-trailing-whitespace to control manually per buffer
