Description

REST endpoint for reset password request (now known as forgot password)

List of changes

Coupled of refactor, renaming, moving structs and using nested struct instead of duplicating them.
Implementation of the forgot password itself.
Testing purpose code was left. I'll be changing it before merging.

Steps to Test or Reproduce

run make run
go to swagger http://localhost:9000/swagger/index.html
try the endpoint through swagger UI.
