Description

We cannot set a new password to be the old one that's currently set.

Can't use old password as new one.

Steps to Test or Reproduce

Signup
Try to login (to ensure that the user you created exist)
Change your password and pass old/new the same value.
Use forgot password flow to get a code and then use reset password, try using the same password you had before.
