Entire level is done. Left out things are

  1. Changing player asset
  2. Fix Camera angle
  3. Adding audio
  4. Add gray scale

Great work! @kanish99-usc @ASTHAMISHRA4 Loved the multi-theme environment, also super thrilled to play this level when I tried to jump on the tiles. However, there are some minor things that could be improved from my game experience.

  • The Yellow area is not intuitive, consider changing to a more violent color. IMG_3625
  • Remove the people in the level, kinda redundant and can't tell whether it is the enemy.
  • Narrow the gap between the tile to the terrain
  • The green up-down moving island is too high to jump. Screenshot 2022-11-18 at 01 59 10
  • Add checkpoints before each tile jumping area.
  • This left Japanese-style part is confusing, I thought they were decorations. Change those woods to moving tiles or more flat platforms will be more intuitive Screenshot 2022-11-18 at 02 02 35
  • The moving tile here is really hard to catch, i never made it image

Besides that, LGTM! Good job!

  1. The yellow area here represents desert(because it is Egyptian style) here which was suggested by Gautam, that's why we went with the color.
  2. The people here have been shown inorder to make the level live because while playing the game testers will feel that they are actually going though Tokyo or Egyptian people. Like some of them are talking, groups are meeting/interacting with each other(a story kind of)
  3. Which tiles are you talking about? Can you please specify because the testers with whom we tested our level told that they were able to jump easily
  4. The green level is moving so you need to time it carefully(it brings spice to the level)
  5. So, we already have 4 checkpoints in the level. I guess adding checkpoints before each tile won't give justice to the level because this is the toughest level built and will be kept at the last before Gautams' bonus USC level
  6. So, in all the levels there is the concept of moving tiles. Therefore, to bring a change and increase the difficulty we added this kind of woods which makes the game more interesting. We also got similar reviews from our testers. So, what we can do is we can add a gem to the woods which will make it obvious that there is a path after crossing those woods
  7. I guess that issue is because of camera angle, the player is moving sideways which is making it difficult to judge the tile(like when to jump on it). Once the camera angle on this level gets fixed then it should be fine
