Level 1 + analytics + Game over HUD + New level Complete HUD + fixed few bugs

Changes to Levels:

changed level numbers
added level 1 (which includes a box that needs to be hit 3 times in order to disappear)

Changes to HUDs:

Game Over HUD (called when Timer runs out or Player dies) -- has restart, the timer stops in level 0 if the player dies but not in level 1 (bug)
Chose not to destroy the player once he dies because it was interfering with the HUD and timers (bug: player can still move after the HUD shows)
Updated Level Completed HUD with Next Level and Restart options
