What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to redeem vote points

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of getting the reward I get:
Telnet Connection Problem: A connection attempt failed because the
connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or
established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

What revision of the product are you using? In what browser?
Latest version of trinityweb, firefox 3.6.3

What version are you using? MangosWeb or TrinityWeb?
TrinityWeb

Please provide any additional information below.
The server is online
Remote access is enabled in my config files (set to 1)
RA Ip in config files is 0.0.0.0
RA ip in realmlist table is 127.0.0.1 (same machine)
User and password are the same as my admin account - I have tried with my
username in all capital letters and without capitals
minimum level for ra is 3
Realmid is set to -1 for my account in account_access (gmlevel 4)
I can connect with putty using the same username/password (username in all
capital letters)

How do you get the telnet connection to work?
