Making website for patch 1.12.1 #142

Enter details here:
Okay Iot everythg else set up for 1.12.1 patch, theres one little 
problem... I can't read the registration config... so I was wondering if 
you knew how to make it set exspasion to 0 and remove the exspansion 
change thingy in ucp, please and thank you :)

First sentance fail... "Okay, I got everything else set up for 1.12.1 on the 
MaNGOSweb Enhanced website but theres still 1 problem I can't fix... ..."

Please respond fast, I wanted to release June 1st.

Um... I think that he is talking about the templates, not sure. It is hard to
