Realm Status - Need Fresh Eyes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Mangos/Mysql/required software
2.Install MangosWeb Enhanced based on instructions
3.Get very angry and frustrated

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Realm Status Online ; Realm Status Offline

What revision of the product are you using? In what browser?
Rev45 ; firefox/IE...doesnt matter

What version are you using? MangosWeb or TrinityWeb?

Please provide any additional information below.
I have already triple checked my DBinfo in realmd(realmlist), made sure that RA 
was enabled and using a user with level 3 permissions. I have also made sure 
all other DB info  was correct in config-protected. All functions (except 
realmstatus and playermap(also says offline) work, I am so frustrated at this 
point and just need a fresh set of eyes to take a look. I have RDC if anybody 
wants to look
