Can not post in forums #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Add Forum and Sub-Forum
2. Create a post
3. Post doesn't show up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I create a post, it should show up in respected forum, but it doesn't.
I only get a blank page after posting the subject, and no post is present in 
the forum.

What revision of the product are you using? In what browser?

Latest HG release

What version are you using? MangosWeb or TrinityWeb?

Please provide any additional information below.

I've followed the install instructions for setting up a forum, but after 
creating a Forum and Sub-Forum, I can't create any posts in it.

I'm using IIS7 btw, maybe that's the problem? It seems like I'm having problems 
nobody else is having, so to me it looks like there's issues with TrinityWeb 
and IIS =/
