What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After I vote I get a point
2.but in buying awards after I click choose I get this error
 "Telnet Connection Problem: Connection refused"

What revision of the product are you using? In what browser?
I'm using Firefox, how could I determine my mwenhanced Revision? this would 
help others too. I'm using it for Mangos

and also, my mwenhanced is located in webhost seperate to the server and its 
remote SQL.

Make sure the RA.Ip in your servers config says 0.0.0.0

Ra.Enable = 1
Ra.IP = 0.0.0.0
Ra.Port = 3443
Ra.MinLevel = 3
Ra.Secure = 1
Ra.Stricted = 1

Its already 0.0.0.0
but I still get the same error

i changed mangosd.conf Ra console

Console.Enable = 1
Ra.Enable = 1
Ra.IP = 127.0.0.1
Ra.Port = 3443
Ra.MinLevel = 3
Ra.Secure = 0
Ra.Stricted = 0

TO:

Console.Enable = 1
Ra.Enable = 1
Ra.IP = 0.0.0.0
Ra.Port = 3443
Ra.MinLevel = 3
Ra.Secure = 0
Ra.Stricted = 0

and i have the same problem, i've changed all and i have the same problem... :( 
i have open the port: 3443
