Starting installation problem #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.www.mywebsite.com/install/
2.step 1 all needed info.
3.step 2 full install sql injection (you prob know what step this is)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
(and you prob. know what the output shoud be), but what i see is (image is 
attached)...

What revision of the product are you using? In what browser?
Browsers are - Firefox and IE

What version are you using? MangosWeb or TrinityWeb?
Im using TrinityWeb Enhanced latest version 3.3.3a.

Please provide any additional information below.
For the info. i did change the index.php from the download section and it didnt 
help (i tried bouth older and newer version and the result was the same).

At step 1 try to type 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost. I've had the same issue, 
took hours for me until I solved it myself. Hope I saved you some time.
