Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Sorry for write this issue in here..
But old MW can sent activation mail.. 
When MWE sent activation mail, hotmail or other serves send me this message.

I use static ip and I have two domains.. maybe my postfix settings is wrong.. I 
don`t know why I`m geting this message..
I have Ubuntu 9.10 server, EHCP (Hosting Panel), LAMP, Postfix, Bind9
Please response me where I must search the problem..

Trying using someone other then hotmail as a smtp server. For referance, look 
in the "Wiki" as I have made a tutorial on how to setup mercury mail for 
dynamic IPs and such

Your tutorial is a windows tutorial and mercury mail seems does not have any 
linux version.. 
I think the problem is my server settings.. I searching it..

Its easy to setup and easy to run :)

Thanks a lot..
I found the problem.. the problem occures my DNS domain.. I am discussing 
name.com now.. mail servers are not matching my host name(my dns name) and ip..
Sorry I wasted your time.. and thank you again..
