Binary sensors should be binary sensors #8

Describe the solution you'd like Binary sensors warning sensor should be binary sensor with corresponding BinarySensorDeviceClass

heater_active -> BinarySensorDeviceClass.HEAT control_system_warning ->BinarySensorDeviceClass.PROBLEM connection_state -> BinarySensorDeviceClass.CONNECTIVITY

I think the issues should suffice for now unless there is more interest. Feel free to make a PR on README.md if something needs clarification.
