Sort senators by something? #13

The order seems to be arbitrary. Alphabetical would be better than nothing. By party and by vote within that might be nice too.

Added alphabetical sort by default in https://github.com/bjacobel/cabinet/pull/20. Hope to add more customizable sorting soon.
