CSRI instance cannot be created #402

Yesterday while working on new subtitles I've encountered problem saying taht "CSRI instance cannot be created", this happens only when loading files for newer series, I've tried new video with old subtitles, I've extracted new subtitles from some old episodes , everything was working except for combination of subtitles extracted from new episode with new episodes. I've updated Kainote, I tried with subtitles extracted using different tools, and nothing works.

Can you provide some sample of subtitles that not work or link to video with such subtitles?
