Retest viewportwidth.js to see how accurate it is. #4

Its been a while since I tested this, around 2 years or so. I want to retest this to see if the results are still accurate given browsers may have updated how they handle reporting viewport widths.

If anyone wants to help test I'm looking to test in the following browsers:

Results so far:

Need to due some more testing, but looks like I'll need to rework the code some to get accurate results in Opera again.

Tested in Opera 37.0 and this works correctly.

This looks like its not reporting accurately in Safari... because Safari.
