Porting to SDL2 #53

Hi,

I wonder whether this game would benefit from SDL2 https://github.com/midzer/Bombermaaan/tree/sdl2

Can open a PR and we have a closer look together.

Of course. Would be nice to update SDL as SDL 1.x isn't used much now. Feel free to open PR.
