• [x] Remove H2O samples from the list of parsed samples, which automatically excludes it from everything (the Cell_lines.txt text file, the web-interface, the bargraphs).
• [ ] Plot individual datapoints in ' Average Ct bargraph' next to each other instead of in a vertical line (helps distinguish data points that are close to each other)
• [ ] Improve the melting curves plots by determining peak positions and coloring the samples based on this; also draw a main plot so quickly show whether there are multiple peaks
• [x] In bargraphs, plot the 'control average' in a different color than the control lines

You can edit the original post (three dots on the top right), so you don't have to add comments with more todos. Keeping it all at the top helps give you an overview of what needs to be done.

Also, items that require a decent amount of work can be created as separate issues. That helps discussion (e.g., the plots may require quite some discussion and their own PR) and makes sure issues get closed as soon as they're done instead of staying open forever because not all the checkboxes have been checked. For now, it's fine to have this here, but you might need to remove some of these later and create them as separate issues.
