## IMPORTANT/SECONDARY: Genre drop down #7

This is to add a drop down bar of genres that the user can choose from. This will probably be done with help from the API. Additionally, we can add a sub-genre bar next to genre bar to allow people to choose a subcategory.

Use https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/genres/get-movie-list to add a genre to it
