add space in between the time and am/pm #49

this extra space makes it have a cleaner look in the tooltip

there seem to be no right or wrong here, it's more of a matter of taste (as in am vs a.m. vs AM etc). I actually feel like not having the space fits better with my minimalist view of wttrbar, but if more am/pm users voice their opinion on this PR I'll happily reconsider it.
