Battery indicator does not change color above 80% charge #1

Looks like app/index.ts lines 139-144 are leftover debug code, and would all be applied at the same time if the batter charge level is > 80.

While i'm in there, i'll adjust the thresholds and color for .mid as the orange is a little severe for 50-80% charge.
