Any chance to adopt this for protein-protein interfaces?

I'm also interested in application to multimers.

Methods sampling conformations with MSA subsampling so far are not applicable to PPI because of their shallow MSA, which leads to insufficient coevolutionary information.

Really interested if alphaflow works for multimers.
