Bump embedded-io #4

I also already thought about this - especially since I want to support async here (and 0.4 uses AFIT) However, I was running into problems when using this in esp-wifi because embedded-svc is still on 0.3

Hmm I didn't seem to run into these issues, but I'll be pushing my branch on esp-wifi later today so maybe we can figure out the issues there :D
