Examine Dynamixel BPS increase #1

Current BPS / Baud rate for the Dynamixels is set to 57600. The servos support up to 4.5MBps (both the XL430-W250-T used for dome rotation and the XM430-W350-T for dome roll/pitch and body roll). Of course there are constants involved to the Dynamixel responsiveness, but upping the BPS should definitely make things much faster.

Running the Dynamixels at 1MBps now. Works a treat. Closing.
