Roll / pitch motion on the dome, and roll motion on the body, should be a mix of

remote input
direct control to counteract body rotation as reported by the gyro Implement, test.

Started - added experimental functionality to servo dome to body IMU. Works, but swings in some circumstances. Interaction with remote not tested yet.
