HOWTO Install #1

This is a request to include brief instructions on how to install this. :)

Well.. You aren't really supposed to use this repo to build or install PHP (although you could). I'll see if I can whip something up :]

Launchpad however builds the .deb packages from this repo and makes it easily installable as a "ppa"[1], and also contains instructions on how to do install it.

I remember adding the repo to my sources list, but was unsure how to install (I assume there is a naming conflict, and I'm not sure how apt handles that). And maybe the fact that it fails to build for my environment (i386 Natty) is related, and why apt search doesn't show it.
